Femi Adigun

Femi is the Customer Inclusion Lead at Standard Life, responsible for shaping and delivering the customer inclusion strategy across the business. His work focuses on improving financial inclusion, ensuring all customers can access the right support, products, and services to achieve better long-term outcomes. He also serves as Standard Life’s Master Trust Inclusion Lead, driving inclusion within the proposition. A strong advocate for industry change, Femi sits on the boards of the Asset Owner Diversity Charter and Diversity in Pensions. He also delivers colleague DE&I consultancy services, helping to foster a more inclusive workplace. His contributions have been widely recognised, he was a finalist for Pension Age’s Personality of the Year Award and Professional Pensions’ Rising Star of the Year Award. Beyond work, he founded Career Now, a mentoring programme for underrepresented students. He previously held roles at Aon, Redington, and Aegon, advising on DC pensions and investment. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, exploring, a good Netflix binge and being the fun uncle.
