Jenny Davie

Jenny Davie has worked in a variety of roles at The Pensions Regulator for 18 years, mostly in operational roles across a range of scheme types. She is currently Head of Compliance. She’s passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion; an active ally committee member of TPR’s LGBT+ colleague network and has worked with TPR’s recruitment team to make processes more inclusive. She is also a Mental Health First Aider. Jenny loves seeing her children growing up in a diverse city like Brighton. Diversity is a daily part of their lives. They are the next generation of savers, and they will rightly expect and demand the pension system reflects them and their values.
