Nadeem is a professional trustee at 20-20 Trustees having had a career as pensions risk and strategy advisor for over 15 years at PwC and Hymans Robertson. Nadeem has a strong belief that there is a huge amount of hidden and untapped talent within society, and that our sub-conscious biases and assumptions prevent us from recognising these talents within others and within ourselves. As such, he feels it is his duty to unlock this potential by helping society, and the pensions industry in particular, to challenge itself in recognising and unleashing this talent. Nadeem acts as Chair of trustees or as a trustee board member on a range UK pension funds, including those sponsored by FTSE-listed business. Nadeem is a qualified actuary, and focuses on end-game planning, strategy, dealing with complex funding situations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructures and specialist pensions risk transactions.
