Taking place on Tuesday 25th April 2023, from 16:00 to 17:30 (GMT), we were joined by not one, not two, but three guest speakers for our session on Coaching:

• Alison Jones (CEO – The Stepladder Foundation and AJTC Education)
  Alison founded the Stepladder Foundation – a dynamic, charitable, education leadership company, committed to collaborating with young people and professionals raise aspirations and attainment; through a number of programmes that really help make a difference to the lives and futures of its candidates!Her other project, AJTC Education, help create distinctive, leading edge training and consultancy materials that can be ‘practically incorporated’ into how organisations work. Their focus on soft skills through training, consultancy and even role play, look to mainstream effective communication, equality and anti-racism into organisational change programmes.

• Dana Day (Managing Director – EMEA, CFA Institute)
  As MD, Dana’s focus is on advancing the reputation and mission of CFA Institute, delivering value to its stakeholders and constituents, through building and maintaining deep relationships with financial institutions, CFA societies, and universities.Her experience includes some 22 years in global business development and strategic relationship management roles across all investment distribution channels, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology, and accreditations form the Harvard Business School too. Outside of work, Dana is an RYA-qualified Coastal Skipper, and is also an avid musician who plays the viola, flute and piano!

• Nathalie Sims (Partner – Lane Clark & Peacock)
  Nathalie heads up LCP’s strategic pensions relationships, focussing on LCP’s future clients and key relationships.She recently joined The Pensions Regulator’s Diversity and Inclusion initiative, where she acts as co-chair to one of the four sub-groups; helping drive D&I forward within the pensions industry.In her spare time she is an executive coach under the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and is also fluent in French, German and English.
