The #DiversityinPensions initiative was set up in 2019 with the aim of promoting diversity in senior decision-making roles within the pensions industry. The initiative intends to achieve this by encouraging a richer, more open and frequent dialogue via a number of channels.

We believe that the world of pensions is densely populated with talented, creative and influential people and by providing a platform for them to connect, we will foster a network that leads to positive disruption and a richer universe of ideas and ambitions.
