Zoe joined the Diversity in Pensions team in May 2022. Outside of DiP, she is an employer covenant adviser at Interpath Advisory, and has worked in pensions since 2014. As an advocate for diversity within pensions, and the wider financial sector, Zoe believes businesses with a diverse workforce are naturally more successful and innovative. She strongly feels you should be able to bring your whole self to work, but appreciates there is still a way to go until people feel that they can fully do that. Zoe also sits on the West Midlands PLSA committee and leads a subdivision supporting younger people getting into pensions, while building and increasing their network. She is also a retained adviser for a range of schemes and businesses (ranging from local manufacturers to global entities with complex covenant issues).
