Melis joined Diversity in Pensions (DiP) in 2021, and has been a key member of the team ever since; helping arrange topics of discussion, guest speakers and even presenting! Outside of DiP, she works in the actuarial team at Isio, where she is a member of their own network of Inclusion and Belonging, which also champions the drive for diversity in the industry. In her spare time - when not studying for her actuarial exams - Melis enjoys playing hockey for her local team!
