DiP is non-profit initiative set up in 2019 to promote and encourage diversity and inclusion within the pensions industry. We do this in a number of ways from holding events to inputting into policies.

The current DiP team compromises 11 individuals across the pensions industry. We are all volunteers. We are seeking two volunteers to join us and drive forward two projects this year. The time commitment for both roles is flexible. We envision approx. 1 – 2 hours (max.) per week over the duration of the year. Most weeks will require less than an hour per week time commitment with greater time needed nearer deadlines (e.g. event date).  

The Role

We are seeking someone to lead and manage a unique practitioner-led, mixed-methods study in relation to Diversity & Inclusion.

This role will include:

• Helping design and develop the mixed-methods study.
• Acting as the point of contact for DiP and to external parties.
• Undertaking ‘desktop’ research.
• Leading data collection (e.g. focus groups, semi-structured interviews, and online survey).
• Helping to promote the study including identifying and recruiting suitable participants.
• Presenting information regarding the study.

• You will be supported in this role throughout by DiP’s team, in particular DiP’s Chair.
